Uznu is an AI-powered strategic intelligence platform that provides analysis, research, and strategic outputs across twelve intelligence modules. The Service generates content based on inputs provided by users and information available to the underlying AI systems at the time of generation.

All outputs generated by Uznu are produced by artificial intelligence systems and are intended solely to support your own independent analysis and strategic thinking. They are not professional legal, financial, investment, accounting, or business advice.

Nave Origyn LLC expressly disclaims any liability arising from your reliance on AI-generated content produced by the Service.
To access the full Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service.
The free tier provides access to three intelligence modules (Market Analysis, Competitive Landscape, and SWOT + Porter's Five Forces) with one company workspace and no run history or export functionality. Free tier access may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Nave Origyn LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is never stored on our servers. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Additional Team users are available at $49 per user per month above the included 5. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from within the application. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not be charged for the following period but will not receive a prorated refund for the current period.
In exceptional circumstances — such as a billing error or a documented service outage lasting more than 24 hours — refund requests may be submitted to support@uznu.ai and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate access without notice where violations are confirmed or reasonably suspected.
The Service, including its design, software, prompt architecture, module framework, methodology, branding, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Nave Origyn LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Service.
You retain ownership of the company information and inputs you provide to the Service. The AI-generated outputs produced based on your inputs are provided to you for your use. You may use, reproduce, and distribute those outputs for your own professional or commercial purposes.
By using the Service, you grant Nave Origyn LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. We do not use your specific company inputs to train AI models.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
This Privacy Policy describes how Nave Origyn LLC collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use Uznu. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the Service, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Module run history is retained according to your plan tier (90 days for Solo, unlimited for Professional and Team). Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@uznu.ai. You may also delete your account directly from within the application.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to the AI disclaimer, intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, with proceedings conducted in the United States.
You agree to resolve disputes with Nave Origyn LLC individually and waive any right to participate in class action proceedings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active subscribers by email.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
